I really want to give this 4 stars because my brain switched off and went along for the ride, just enjoying the reading experience. However, I was aware of a couple of points when I felt uncomfortable with what was happening (rape-y), it's pretty much anti-feminist (think: caveman patriarchy) and may be offensive to some, there's insta-love/Stockholm Syndrome, and it wasn't the best story in the world. It's certainly not for everyone. But again, I enjoyed it. I feel slightly guilty for doing so, like I'm betraying my sisters. A guilty pleasure, it is then.
